Founded in 2003, Coach Danny Thomas created the Top50 Junior Tour to offer students a professionally managed tournament experience hosted by some of the finest country clubs and resorts in Michigan.

Global Junior Golf Rankings™ ranks junior golfers by calculating each week’s performance in the categories of Boys and Girls participating in junior golf tournaments worldwide.

The junior golf scoreboard is probably the most widely used national ranking system for junior golfers. It definitely is a key ingredient in the process of player development, especially for those with a hopeful eye on college scholarships.

The AJGA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

The Golf Association of Michigan, founded in 1919, is the governing body for amateur golf in the state. The GAM provides membership to more than 55,000 golfers and more than 400 golf courses; conducts 19 amateur championships; and oversees 14 USGA qualifying events.

Golfweek’s Junior Tour aims to provide junior golfers with a regular competitive tournaments conducted in a professional manner at high quality venues across the United States. Its goal is to conduct junior events which garner high visibility and national exposure through the various media outlets provided by Golfweek.
